Harvest vinification: Manual harvesting of the grapes when they reach perfect ripeness, soft pressing of whole bunches without the use of sulfur, partly in skin maceration with static clarification of the musts, vinification in white and in reduction, temperature control for about 15 days.
Aging: 4-6 months on the yeast and then in the bottle for another 3 months.
Color: OLOR Straw yellow with greenish reflections
Bouquet: Floral scents, white flowers, white pulp fruit
Taste: Fresh, finely mineral, balanced.
