Vinification and ageing: Traditional, in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature below 29 C°
Ageing: Aging in concrete tanks and in bottle for 2 months
Colour: Ruby Red
Bouquet: Intensely fruity aromas of cherry and small berries
Flavour: Supple taste with medium structure and good body.
