Aging: 4-6 months on the yeast and then in the bottle for another 3 months
Color: Straw yellow with greenish reflections
Bouquet: Floral scents, white flowers, white pulp fruit with exotic nuances, typically varietal
Taste: Fresh, savory, finely mineral, quite soft, balanced finish
