Whole grape pressing and spontaneous fermentation with only native yeasts in small cement bins without the use of chemical additives and oenological agents, with the exception of a small amount of sulphites being bottled.

The nose has floral notes accented by lychee and spice. On the palate there is melon, apricot and citrus. The finish is bright, minerally and dry.
Refinement: 6 months in steel / cement barrels and at least 2 months in bottle
