Pecorino, Passerina, Trebbiano and Cerasuolo wines are produced
using biodynamic methods that allow the vines to reach a maturity that
is deeply connected with the earth, the climate of the year and the plant
variety.
The complexity of aromas, the bouquet and the taste of each individual
