TESTING NOTES: Clenched powerful red natural wine with plenty of character. Deep cherry colour with bright coloured tears. Nose of blackberry preserve, bitter chocolate and fresh coffee with notes of almond as it develops. Powerful opening taste, perfectly dosed between tannins, acidity and mouth filling, lots of minerality in the very long finish. Fantastic for example with matured red beef and ground game, even with vegetable gratin and fresh white mould cheeses. Up to five years, decant an hour in advance. Serving temperature: 16°C.
