Tasting notes: Crystal clear dry white wine. Crystals sparkle in the straw yellow shine with moderate tears. Smells of the vineyard and discrete aromas of stone fruit with undertone of dried herbs. Refreshing start with balanced texture and a soft, aromatic finish. Perfect table companion for a traditional cheese platter, especially with hard goat and sheep cheeses. Also with stews with white meat and vegetable salads with a spicy vinaigrette. Drinking temperature: 10°C.
