Bitter liquor, definitely amaro, it is the result of a more than 40 days (40 giorni) of gentian roots within white pecorino wine maceration, only after this period, we add little cane sugar and alcohol.
Color: amber yellow with golden nuances.
Bouquet: intense and complex, the typical notes of pecorino white wine, follow the nice spicy notes of the gentian roots.
Taste: intense and persistent, nicely fresh, definitely bitter. 28% Vol.
