Description: The PIWI Bianco 2025 by Jasci Donatello was born on the hills overlooking the Adriatic, in Vasto (Abruzzo), where the winery is a pioneer of organic viticulture. The label highlights the double vocation of the project: certified organic farming and selection of PIWI grape varieties, i.e. varieties naturally resistant to the main fungal diseases. This choice allows to significantly reduce treatments in the vineyard, with a lower environmental impact and a more intact fruit, in full respect of biodiversity.
Tasting notes: Straw yellow with greenish highlights. Reminiscent of peach and apricot with hints of exotic fruits. Soft, with pleasant mineral notes and persistence.
