Harvest: strictly by hand, into boxes
Vinification and maturation: after destemming, the skins of the grapes are left in contact with the must for 3 hours, cold. The soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature, at about 16°C, to preserve and enhance the aromas of the wine.
Tasting notes: delicate and refreshing wine, perfectly evoked by the borro (stream) from which it takes its name. It has immediate scents of white flowers, citrus and summer fruits, immersed in a pleasant mouth, with a fine and playful texture.
