On the eye, the intense “strong” yellow (guess why?) opaque enough, is the best possible business card. On the nose instead, after 30 seconds of 30 volatile that in 30 seconds (in fact) disappears, the Raglio dell’asino partly fired, and from good Greek what it is, immediately gives a ruckus of ripe yellow pulp fruit, but also of floral and almond that with the evolution turn on the bitter, besides a beautiful herbaceous call. In the mouth, few compromises: the Raglio of the donkey is enveloping, fascinating, persistent, a polite sensory punch for the palate. Add to this a decisive acidity and a touch of minerality that electrifies the senses of those who drink it, and here, with a long finish and almost bent, bitter hints, the Raglio of the ass of the wine grape.
