Vinification: a selection of the finest Grillo and Viognier grapes is made which are then crushed, destemmed and soft-pressed, subsequently undergoing alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14-16°C stainless steel tanks.

Organoleptic properties: this wine is the result of a combination of Grillo and Viognier grapes, it has a singular personality that makes it unique in its kind. With marked fruity and flowery notes, the taste is decisive and complex.
