Vinification: Soft vertical and manual pressing of de-stammed grapes, no added sulphites, free fermentation in stainless steel at cellar temperature (24/29 °), at the end of the alcoholic fermentation (10-15 days) transferring to barrel (steel 10 ql) and subsequent decanting until its final bottling.
Aging: 4 months in steel oak and 4 months in bottle.

No temperature control.
Total Sulphites: 20 mg/L
This wine is fermented spontaneously.
Other Information: 4 days of contact skins
Taste: The sip is tense and dynamic, savoury enough to create a fun contrast with the “sweet” tones of the first nose. It is one of those wines that immediately put you at ease, without demanding anything more than to be drunk, in the glass the lashing initial aromaticity becomes harmonious and even the sip gains in complexity.
